1 Hour Shoot at a location of your choosing. If using a hotel suite, or other rented accommodation, it is your responsibility to pay all fees and take care of all arrangements ahead of your date. Proof of booking in the form of an invoice, and consent from the venue will be required in writing, along with a contact at the establishment. Confirmation will be checked with the venue ahead of your appointment. Failure to provide details 2 weeks in advance will result in your booking being cancelled and any funds or retainers paid being withheld for loss of business.
Full contracts and declarations of consent will be provided and signed by both parties ahead of any bookings taking place. These include;
Scope of service. An agreement for creative, artistic services only. The session may include nudity or erotic themes, but this doesn't include any physical contact, sexual service or personal intimacy beyond professional direction and posing.
Consent and Boundaries. All poses and themes will be mutually agreed upon before the shoot and during the shoot. The photographer and client each retain the right to pause or stop the shoot at any time if boundaries are crossed or comfort is compromised.
Sexual Conduct Disclaimer. This is NOT an escort, massage or sexual service. Any suggestion or request for sexual contact will result int eh immediate termination of the shoot without refund, and may result in a ban from future services
No Physical Contact. Under no circumstances should the client/s touch the photographer or their assistant. Nor should they request physical touch.
Safe & Respectful Environment. All sessions are completed in a safe, affirming space. Respect for bodily autonomy, consent and professionalism is required at all times.

After your shoot, you'll receive a secure online gallery to view and download your images at your convenience. You'll get:
Full resolution files for printing or archiving
Web sized versions for easy sharing on socials or online
A professionally edited collection of your best shots, delivered within 7 days of the shoot
All galleries are password protected and private your images are yours alone, unless you choose to share them.
Copyright remains with the photographer in perpetuity, but your images will never be shared or used in promotional materials unless expressly agreed in advance with the client.
