Brand Management and Copyright Protection
At EXPOS'D, every image, word, and concept is created with care, intention, and lived experience. As a queer, neurodivergent artist and storyteller, my work represents more than visuals it reflects identity, resistance, and truth. It is protected by UK copyright law from the moment of creation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
All images, text, branding, and video on this website are the intellectual property of EXPOS'D.
This includes any content shared across social platforms or through digital/print publications affiliated with EXPOS'D.
Copyright is automatically granted under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, without needing registration.
You do not have permission to:
Download, screenshot, reproduce, copy, remix, or publish my work
Use my images for AI training, generative tools, personal use, commercial use, or any derivative work
Use my brand identity (logo, style, slogan, or concepts) in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation
How Copyright Is Enforced
I take copyright protection seriously, and I will take appropriate steps if my work is used without permission.
This may include:
Formal takedown requests (DMCA) to websites, platforms, or hosts
Legal action through UK Intellectual Property Office guidelines
Naming and publicly addressing repeat or malicious infringements
I also monitor AI tools and online platforms to ensure my work is not scraped or replicated. Consent and respect are central to my creative practice and that expectation extends to how others treat this work.
AI & Digital Ethics
Artificial Intelligence tools are already consuming and mimicking artists' work without consent. This damages not only individual creators but creative culture as a whole.
I do not consent to the use of any content from this website (or connected social platforms) for training AI tools, models, or datasets. Using an artist’s work without permission especially in the age of automation is theft, plain and simple.
If You Like the Work, Support It
If you'd like to share or use my work:
Please ask first via my contact form and we can arrange a licence if needed
Commission me or license images properly
Credit respectfully and with consent
Respecting creative ownership helps independent artists like me continue making authentic, powerful, and queer-led work.
Thank you for honouring that.
